Meals/Menus at Mariano Lake Community School

Mariano Lake Community School students enjoy healthy and well-balanced meals prepared daily by our friendly cafeteria staff. We give our Bobcats a learning advantage with warm, nutritious meals that keep them focused and energized throughout the school day. We strive to maintain a clean and orderly cafeteria for students to eat and socialize between classes.

Our cafeteria is for sitting, eating and drinking, NOT for standing, shouting and horseplay. Horseplay includes fighting, shoving, running, throwing food, etc. Negative behavior that hinders other students or teachers from enjoying their meals will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary actions. Students will enter and exit through the designated cafeteria doors without disturbing other students or classes.

Every student is responsible for cleaning the areas where they are eating. All trash must be discarded in the appropriate trash cans. Students are prohibited from bringing outside drinks into the cafeteria, including teas, sodas, sports drinks, and energy drinks. Only bottled water, milk, and juice from the cafeteria line are allowed. Cutting in line and receiving second servings without permission is strictly prohibited.

All electronic devices must remain out of sight during the student’s visit to the cafeteria. To prevent their items from being confiscated, students are advised to leave all electronic devices at home. Also, students must remove all headgear, including hats, caps, hoods, bonnets, head scarves, headbands, or any other clothing or accessories worn on the head, before entering the cafeteria. Please review the monthly meal plan updates posted on this site.
