Second Annual Trunk or Treat

Mariano Lake Community School, located near Crownpoint, NM, recently wrapped up its 2nd annual Trunk or Treat — a festive and fun-filled event that brought together students, staff, and community partners. After school, staff volunteers lined up with decorated trunks and handed out treats to excited students, creating a safe and joyful Halloween celebration.
This year’s event was made even more special thanks to partnerships with Americans for Native Americans and Navajo Agricultural Products Industry, who helped provide treats and pumpkins for students to paint or take home. The evening ended in countless smiling faces and bags full of goodies!
